The Leader Among Us

.
Based upon like prophesies over more then a hundred years, it is believed that the Leader of the entire Confederate Cause now walks among our people, and that he will soon step upon the world stage and alter history forever.
.
The Confederate Cause today is reminiscent of a congregation of people seated in a theater, poised as if waiting for the curtain to rise on a great spectacle.   In this case once the curtains rises, the political cultural winds will shift dramatically!   Confederates have waited for such an event since the surrender of our Confederate Armies at Appomattox Courthouse on 9 April 1865.   Their hopes oftentimes wavering or else kept silent, often closed up inside themselves, while we as a people have lived with the aftermath, of having lost our War for Confederate Independence.

Unnumbered prayers have gone heavenward often in the form of a question; why O Lord did our just and honorable cause have to loose that terrible war?   While at the same time, buried deep within the hearts of the modern day Confederate People, there remains a glimmer of hope, a trust handed down from our forefathers in the form of prophesy, that one day a man would arise.   This man would arise having the knowledge, skill, experience, charisma as well as the physical attributes, not withstanding the dynamic leadership, necessary to lead so great a people.

While Confederates over the years have not always said so openly, they often prayed the Almighty God would send forth into their midst, the seed of a man.   A man who will one day stand against the mighty Yankee Pharaoh, and by God’s grace bring about the vindication of the Confederate Cause.   A man who would do even as Moses did before the Egyptian Pharaoh so long ago, and proclaim in his own words “Thus saith the Lord God, let my people go.”  The arrival of such a man upon the world stage, has been prophesied for well over a century!

The Coming Confederate Leader
27 March 2011
.

“And it shall come to pass afterward, that I will pour out my spirit upon all flesh; and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, your old men shall dream dreams, and your young men shall see visions.  And also upon the servants and upon the handmaids in those days will I pour out my spirit.”  {Joel 2:28-29}.  These verses do not speak of the early Church, but rather of a time yet in the distant future from that of the Apostles, a time when there shall be a great spiritual awakening, a revival worldwide as well as the fall of nations.  There shall be a rebirth of a nation or nations, having been all but lost and forgotten with passing time.  The Scripture looks forward to a time when worldwide social and national upheaval shall take place, as well as a widespread rebellion against the God of our forefathers.
.
We are that peculiar generation, our time is the time referred to, and indeed old men have already begun to dream dreams!  There are most certainly carnal dreams, which are common to all of us, but in this case it is spiritual dreams of which we speak.  Having had such dreams myself, I am familiar with the truths of these verses of Scripture.  In one dream I found myself in a paved area, like unto the empty parking lot of a large shopping Center and it was nighttime, the fog was very thick but the area was lighted by large streetlights.  A man stood at the edge of the fog bank, close enough to see him in a general sense, but not close enough to make any detailed identification.
.
I am convinced the man I saw is the man described in The Prophetic Countdown, The Church Visitor and highlighted in the last paragraph of the Reverend William Jones, 1875 article on The Coming Man.  Once again I saw this man but this time in a daytime situation where I was in my home, it was early morning, and suddenly I was carried away in the spirit!  In the spirit it was no doubt late morning, a pleasant day, I was working out of doors in the yard and wearing an old pair of paint stained bib coveralls.  When suddenly I noticed a man standing along the road, just outside my property, a man who seemingly appeared out of nowhere, but then again, I was working and might not have taken notice of his approach.
.
I glanced both ways up and down the narrow residential road in front of our home and property, and I didn't see any vehicle!  But to be honest, his vehicle could have been parked cattycorner across the street, in the lot of a somewhat older but kept, unoccupied apartment complex.  Anyhow, I tried not to stare at him, not being sure he was coming my way, until he stopped near the edge of the road, where there is now only a ditch and a chain link fence separating us.  As he glanced at me, I said good morning to him, and then he said to me "Might you be Thomas Guinn of the Confederate Legion?"  I replied yes sir, I am!
.
Then he stated, "I believe we have something to discuss, may I enter?"  Suddenly my mind was fixed on a thought, "Could this be the man I think he is or am I merely wishing it to be so?   Then I realized I hadn't responded to his request, so I looked at him and said, most certainly, sir.   He then turned to his right and walked toward the 12-foot wide driveway gate, which is the entrance to our property.  Then just as suddenly as his hand touched the gate to open it, I came out of my deep spiritual state!   While I am a poor judge of a person's age, still, the man I saw appeared to be in his late forties or early fifties.

He had a full head of brown sandy colored hair that was slightly graying, and while we were approximately 15 feet apart and on a slightly different ground level, he appeared to be about 5' feet 10" inches, maybe 5’ feet 11" inches in height.  That would make him within range of being of average height, but still an inch or two taller then myself.  He was beyond a doubt stouter then the average man, but not to where he had a barrel chest or anything.  He wore a dark blue suit, and I couldn't help but notice that his suit was like unto the one I saw the man wearing in my dream, the man that stood at the edge of the fog.
.
I
didn't take any notice as to the color of his eyes, only that they were dark!  He gave me the distinct feeling of being in the presence of a man on a mission, and I was definitely prepared to hear him out, paint stained bib overalls and all.  One thing I did notice about this man, he carried himself with confident, having a positive persona about him, like someone that knew where he was going and intended on getting there!  In the depths of my heart I am convinced this man is the coming Confederate Leader of the Prophesy.  Moreover, all that I have come to know about this man, I do believe the following:
.
He's both a Jew and a Christian!
He's not the self-righteous type!
His habits will be considered undesirable when compared to the rest of Christianity!
He most assuredly will not care nor will he be affected by what others think of him!
He is a social, military, political and economic genius!
His identity will not be known, until he arrives upon the scene!
His first name will likely be Robert!
He is from the Tribes of Levi and Judah!
He will possibly be of the lineage of the Jewish Prophets and Priests!
He will in addition to causing the liberation of the Confederacy, bring on the Great Worldwide Pre-Tribulation Revival.
.
The Church will as a result gain the upper hand, politically, socially and economically!
The Lord through these events is preparing for the Tribulation!
 .
The 15 year countdown for this final phase of the prophesies began at 10:00 P.M. on Wednesday 22 July 1998.  And, we can begin looking for this leader to arrive on the scene anytime during or soon after April 2013.  Where other individuals and organizations have failed, this man will succeed, and he will do so mightly, within the complete will of Almighty God, in Christ Jesus.
.
This Prophesied Confederate Leader will have absolutely no real need for any of our Confederate or Southern organizations, in order to fulfill his divinely inspired mission.  Nonetheless, when he makes his entry upon the world stage, he will do so via the Confederate Legion!  Once he arrives on the scene he will move quickly, appealing directly to the masses of the people at large, as well as to the State Governments, via the Statehouses of the various States.
.
ALL Confederate or Southern Organizations, their members as well as other believers, will answer to his leadership, without exception.  As for myself, I do not claim the 'Mantle of a Prophet' nor am I special or set-a-side above other men.  Nonetheless, it is my prayer that I might become an instrument in the Divine purpose of Almighty God, in Christ Jesus, our Lord and Savior.
.
Additionally, let it be said, that this 'Coming Future Man', the Prophesied Leader of the Confederate Cause, will be beyond any doubt, an instrument in the Hands of Almighty God, and as such he will strive diligently to fulfill God's purpose.  In finality, we are not to focus on what will happen to the Yankee Empire, as the Confederacy, arises once more out of the fire and ashes of that long ago horrible war.  Inasmuch as all these things are in accordance with the Divine Grace and Providence of Almighty God.

"The contest is not over, the strife is not ended. It has only entered upon a new and enlarged arena." --- Jefferson Davis, address to the Mississippi legislature - 16 years after the wars end.   Are we to believe the President of the Confederate States of America did not know or was unaware of the implications of what he had said?   I think not!   It is obvious he could foresee a day, yet distant from his own time, when the Confederate Cause would rise up, prove victorious and be vindicated.   President Davis would have surely been aware that such a scenario requires a dynamic leader.   Shall we believe any less?
