 Border Patrol

 "Veterans"

 .

We have all born witness to the near complete abandonment by the Federal Government of the United States of securing the borders against those who illegally enter the States for whatever reason.  The reasons are obvious, there agenda is to surrender the sovereignty of the United States to a One World Government, beginning with the uniting all the nations of the Western Hemisphere into a single entity much like the European Union.  The only border security is minuscule at best and for all practical purposes is none existent; thus the concept of creating a Confederate States Military Border Patrol takes on a priority.  This page, which was formerly taken off line, is now being reposted; the Confederate Legion must do whatever can be done within lawful, peaceful and honorable means, to lay the groundwork.

 .

This department of the Confederate Legion is designed so as to encourage Military Veterans to participate in our Confederate Ceremonial Honor Guard.  Their membership will allow them to share their unique leadership and skills in a different arena.  Only lawful, peaceful and honorable methods shall be used; we are neither a militia nor an armed force.  The Confederate Legion Border Patrol constitutes a division of the Army and as such its National Commander will answer to the Army Chief of Operations!

 .

When the Border Patrol is mentioned one get a mental image of uniformed guards which can check automobiles and trucks through highway exit and entry points, particularly at our Southern borders.  But these Border Patrol Agents are not trained, equipped or authorized under law to stop illegal immigration and they certainly could never prevent drug smuggling into othe States.  The Confederate Legion is a Confederate Military Ceremonial Honor Guard, not a militia or an armed force.  None-the-less it is our mission and purpose to recruit, organize and equip an organization, which will be it forerunner, the Confederate Legion Border Patrol Department.
 .
We cannot inject ourselves physically into the border dispute and take the place of already positioned Border Patrol Agents.  We can however grow our Confederate Legion Border Patrol to such a size, assuring the skills and talents necessary are available with which to weld the the necessary political cultural influence upon the situation.  We do not propose an endless series of protests but rather a demonstration of political cultural power by the presence of our numbers.  In this regard it is our strategy to gain the undivided attention of the bureaucracy, the mass media and the population at large, thereby using this method to force them into taking action or chance loosing their seats in the halls of political power.
 .
If we are to achieve these ends we must have the organization, numbers, talent and the ability to demonstrate on a massive scale that what we expect to carry out in the real world.  Therefore the Confederate Legion Border Patrol will need talented Veterans from the Army, Navy, Marines, Air Force and Coast Guard.  Then we shall merge them into the Confederate rendition of the 'A-Team, the masters of Border Patrol security!  Our people for too long have stood by looking at a situation steadily getting worse, while feeling helpless before a bureaucracy unwilling to take concrete action.  If the job is to get done, it is we ourselves who must make it happen; join with us today and become a member of the team.  Help build tomorrow by your activism today; join the Confederate Legion Border Patrol and help make it happen.
