Pearl Harbor Scenario
Welcome Onboard!
We Confederates and Southerners collectively have, since the inception of this political cultural movement, found ourselves presented with what can only be described as a 'golden opportunity' yet we have squandered away our opportunity. An ancient sailor would say we are 'throwing away your chances.' Thus essentially is an unfavorable comment! Which when applied to our collective conduct and performance in the Confederate States patriot movement, amounts to digging our own historical, heritage, cultural and national grave. We move about in a stupor or daze, as if all things will continue as they have in the past. Our cause will therefore exist forever in a world halfway between extinction and independence; while not attaining either. Never going extinct, nor growing into a dominant national heritage and culture.
However, contrary to the present mood in the South, things do not remain constant, and history always throws a 'Pearl Harbor' situation into the equation. A Confederate or Southern Pearl Harbor may or may not be a destructive attack upon our buildings, structures or cities of the Southland. There is however the potential for destruction, such as large burned and destroyed areas, which is certainly a possibility, given present conditions. The scenario on the other hand may be political or social in nature, yet explosive enough to send shock waves through out our modern day society. It does not take a rocket scientist, nor satellite photography to comprehend, that a storm is on the way; the signs are written across the face of the gathering dark clouds. A social engineering degree with a billion dollar government grant is not necessary in order to see; still the Southern population will not heed the warning of an approaching storm.
Those who live along the Atlantic and Gulf seaboard annually hear the announcement that a number three, four or five hurricane is coming their way. They will no doubt pay close attention! No one has to beg them, nor plead for their participation. Those taking action do not number in the meager few, but constitute 95 to 100 percent of the population in the effected areas. Let it be said that when we hold a rally, conference or convention in the Southland, our numbers should be colossal in size. We should be facing a management problem due to such large numbers. It should not be necessary to beg our occupation forces for the crumbs from their table. While at the same time we stand by accepting a precious few concessions from our masters like a dog at the screen door awaiting a handout. But we should be large enough in numbers, whereby we cause fear of our growing political and cultural power.
Our beloved President Jefferson Davis had this to day about our just and honorable cause. "We feel that our cause is just and holy; we protest solemnly in the face of mankind that we desire peace at any sacrifice save that of honor and independence"
We stop in the particular place in the Jefferson Davis quotation, for in it we find our purpose. We Southerners of today are most certainly prepared to accept peace at any cost, including the loss of our honor, and without seeking independence. We hunger for the ease, comfort and luxury provided by living under occupation, thus we do not protest at all in the face of mankind.
A few of us have worked diligently for more then a decade, attempting to forge some stratify or plan. Rather then spending time and resources in an attack upon our enemy as we ought, we are compelled to concentrate on awaken our sleeping people. On the other hand, perhaps they are not sleeping, but dead to their heritage and culture. Dead to the sacrifices made by our forefathers and foremothers. We look back at a glorious and heroic past while unwilling to make sacrificing themselves. Thus we have raised a generation of Southerners, dead to the duty and obligation passed on to us, by our noble ancestors, that we might take up the cause, where overwhelming force required them to foreclose. Where invasion, war, conquest as well as the destruction which followed, meant they could not provide us a free and independent nation. Present day Southerners are like unto the dead when it comes to comprehending and accepting an obligation and a sense of duty, to the inheritance we bequeath future generations.
Our Lord and Savior alluded to the unthankful and slothful, when he advised his disciples "Give not that which is holy unto the dogs, neither cast ye your pears before swine, lest they trample them under their feet, and turn again and rend you." (Matthew 7:6). Are you insulted that this verse should be used against fellow Southerners? You should be; howbeit the accusation has been earned on our collective part. Of all the hate mail received, approximately 90 percent has been from other Southerners who hate what is written. Thus our guilt, is that we have been carelessly casting that which is precious and of utmost value, before a people uncaring and uninterested. We find ourselves exceedingly guilty of violating this verse of scripture in begging the Confederate and Southern People to rally and carryout their duty and responsibility. While watching only the meager few step forward! Thus the begging must come to a halt, least we shame the very cause for which we struggle.
What message or what subject matter has been proposed, that should bring the wrath of our own people upon the messenger. Is it not that the Confederate States of America should be liberated, and the now vacant but valid seats in the Confederate States Government filled, in accordance with the Confederate States Constitution? That the Confederacy should stand free and independent among the nation of the earth. These proposals have garnered more hated from our own people, then that of our enemies. Even worse is the countless numbers of so called Southerners are so stiff necked and aloof, they virtually ignore our plea for help. They want to be 'unsubscribed' so they don't have bother to read patriot message messages. Such people go about the business of organization building, solely for the sake of organization building, with little or no mission or purpose, and even less principle, outside of a few fancy cliches we have all read, and need not be quoted here. Beautiful, well worded verses of poetic niceties which means nothing in the real world.
There are but a meager few among our numbers, who have supported and even given assistance in our noble cause. These are the inheritors of all that went before us! We have been collectively entrusted with the life or death of all that it means to be Confederate and Southern; past, present and future. But do not my fellow compatriots feel disheartened for help is on the way, and that day shall indeed come. Either the Southern people will wake up and join the battle lines while the opportunities are like unto the lush green grass on a cool spring day, or they will do so under adverse and even hostile conditions. They will do so while to cost is relatively low and personal sacrifices is proportionate small, or they will do so at a time when it will cost everything, including their lives, fortunes and sacred honor. But wake up and become determined activist, "those people most certainly will" and in massive numbers, we should stand side by side on the battle lines.
It is not enough to lodge and publish complaints as to what our occupation forces are committing. Nor is it sufficient to merely attempt to make things more favorable for our history, heritage and culture, while being satisfied to remain under subjugation to a foreign power. A situation which requires no more then making deals with the prison warden, that he might soften the conditions of our imprisonment, while ultimately remaining his prisoner. Just as the victory and the occupier write the history, they ultimately determine what heritage and culture shall be passed on to posterity.
Perhaps it is time to step back and plan more for the counter revolution and the social upheaval which has now become inevitable, due to a complacent people. If only a portion of our efforts are now turned to working behind the scenes, forging a special announced and unadvertised command. We might call this command a lawful, peaceful and honorable 'covert operation' among Confederate States Patriots. Believing it we are better off with the devoted few, then the many sluggish, who would cost most of our time, energy and resources keeping them active.
The Holy Scripture tells us in Proverbs 3:31 "Envy thou not the oppressor, and choose none of his ways." If we apply that wisdom to our situation, our people would not envy our occupation forces, nor choose their ways. We would not take on their mannerism, popular culture or their beliefs, which have proven destructive. We must inspire our people in a different direction, rather then become like unto them. There are an abundance of people eager to talk the talk, but quite unprepared to take concrete action. Read the "Confederate and Southern News" which has been published and posted from whatever source and see how many answers they provide. They complain much, but none have proposed the liberation of the Confederate States of America. Can we find any of who will use the platform provide them to fire up the movement, toward achieving the liberation of the Confederacy? There are none to be found!
Therefore since it appears highly unlikely, our people will rise up anytime in the foreseeable future, without their suffering a Confederate and Southern Pearl Harbor scenario. Complacency and compromise having been ingrained into their mindset, the Pearl Harbor scenario is rapidly becoming unavoidable. Future strategies will therefore shift focus to that which most certainly will come unless our people awaken relatively soon. In essence the mission and purpose should be to win, and winning requires an attitude for victory. An attitude our people do not yet possess.
God save the Confederacy
