Window in Time
.
Many times as a boy, I looked out the window, or sat on the edge of a river or stream, throwing rocks, so they would skip across the water. I'd dream of far away places; places I would likely never get to see. My mind would dream of ages long ago, then far into the distant future. Am I so unusual? Most of the greatest stories ever told, were told by men who grew up, just about the way I did, and a great number of them were descended from Celtic Warriors, just as I have been. Such daydreams are the stuff of which history is made, when men dream, the next step is to envision some great victory. A victory, which is often times considered impossible, such dreamers then will often as not consider a strategy whereby they might turn those visions into reality.
It is in this light, that the Confederate Legion is honored to present to you our "Window In Time." In this small place, when the sky is clear, and the cool breeze blow, turn off the television, the stereo and the noisemakers, and then travel with us across the pages of time. Walk with us through our Window In Time, into a world where God, honor and duty prevail, into a future born in the heart of an Ole Confederate Warrior, born out of season. Make yourself comfortable, get your popcorn and cold drink at the ready, the trip is about to begin.

"I believe that there is one only living and true God, existing in three persons, the Father, the Son, and the Holy Ghost, the same in substance equal in power and glory. That the scriptures of the old and new testaments are a revelation from God and a complete rule to direct us how we may glorify and enjoy Him…. I believe that the souls of believers are at their death made perfectly holy and immediately taken to glory: that at the end of this world there will be a resurrection of the dead and a final judgment of all mankind when the righteous shall be publicly acquitted by Christ the Judge and admitted to everlasting life and glory, and the wicked be sentenced to everlasting punishment." - Roger Sherman, Signer of the Declaration; Signer of the Constitution.
